Growing up from a young age I was very active yet very reserved. My curious nature made me question almost everything in life. My wife Ros on the other hand was a very confident and outspoken young girl, very creative yet encountered a number of challenges.

Being raised by African parents, there was a certain level of discipline that was instilled within both her and I, which helped us overcome our respective challenges and we still abide by to this day.

Character building, which includes working on ourselves, our attitude, our minds and body fitness, our network, our outlook became our priority. We share this not for sympathy but to help encourage our listeners that it’s never too late to build your character and profile, exercise strength and courage in everything you do and ultimately take control of your future and shape your success.

Wisdom, humility, Faith, joy, peace, kindness and self control have and continue to shape our everyday life.

My wife have spent over 9+ years working within the Public sector and with my 16+ years of experience from the Corporate world, we will be leveraging our networks to ensure our topics are relevant to our listeners.

Mentors and Coaches have had a significant impact in both our lives, and if we’d asked for their help earlier during college and university, I wonder how different our respective path’s would’ve been. That said, we have no regrets, since our desire to give pack through this podcast was a result of our respective journeys.

It’s our hope that through my wife and I, we will broadly represent all perspectives and offer you quality insights and tools. With her approaching her questions individuals with challenging backgrounds, and my approach from a professionals background, we believe there will be immense value to every listener.

In addition to running this site, I also co-run an e-commerce business with Roslyn, a Sales blog and also invested in a business with my brother. In my spare time, I’m active in sports ( used to play in a Saturday league and now play 8-a-side), gym, reading, travelling, spending time with family particularly the younger generation and friends.

Her hobbies are singing, cooking, socialising, travelling, organinsig events and spending time with friends and family.

We are both mentees and also mentor young people who have a desire to shape their character and take control of their futures.
